The published sightseeing route includes major landmarks across South Mumbai and western sightseeing areas, with BUS HALT and NO HALT points clearly distinguished. This is a route guide rather than a minute-by-minute itinerary, so traffic and road conditions can affect the actual flow.

Please read these points before confirming your Mumbai Darshan booking.
🕒 Reporting Time
Please reach your selected pickup point 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. The bus will depart according to the schedule.
⏰ Late Arrival / Missed Bus
Passengers arriving late may miss the bus. The operator is not responsible for missed departure due to late arrival, and no refund will be provided for a missed departure.
📍 Selected Pickup Point
Passengers must board from the pickup point selected during booking. Any pickup-point change should be requested in advance and is subject to route and seat availability.
🪪 Booking Confirmation & ID
Carry your booking confirmation/ticket and a valid government-issued photo ID. ID may be checked before boarding. Boarding may be refused if required documents are not available.
💳 Payment Options
Online our team will contact the customer to confirm availability and explain the cash payment arrangement; live online payment is not currently available.
🐕 Pets & Animals
Pets and animals are not allowed on the bus.
🍺 Alcohol
Carrying or consuming alcohol on the bus is not permitted.
🎒 Lost Belongings
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. The operator is not responsible for loss or damage to unattended items during the tour.
🚦 Traffic & Route Delays
Pickup and sightseeing timings may change slightly because of traffic, road conditions, weather, local restrictions or other circumstances beyond the operator’s control.
📅 Date Change / Rescheduling
One date-change request may be considered when made at least 24 hours before departure, subject to seat availability. The new date should normally be within 30 days of the original travel date.

💰 Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be made before the scheduled departure time. The following refund schedule applies to the amount actually paid for the booking:

Refunds, where applicable, are processed after the cancellation is approved. Any payment-gateway or transaction charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable. No refund is available for a missed bus caused by late arrival. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the customer's original payment source within 5 to 7 working days, where an electronic payment was actually collected. This website currently does not collect online payments through a payment gateway, so this timeline applies only to eligible payments actually received.
