Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how to request cancellation of a Mumbai Darshan booking inquiry or confirmed tour. Live online payment is not currently available on this website; our team confirms availability and explains the cash payment arrangement before a booking is finalized. Please read this policy before confirming your travel arrangements.
How to cancel
Contact us as soon as possible by phone at 9619975457 or email mumbaidarshanbooking@gmail.com. Share the passenger name, travel date and booking details. A request is not considered confirmed until we acknowledge it.
Refund schedule
Where an amount has actually been paid to us for a confirmed booking, the following schedule applies to the amount paid, subject to the booking confirmation and any charges disclosed before payment:
- More than 72 hours before scheduled departure: 90% refund.
- 24 to 72 hours before scheduled departure: 75% refund.
- 12 to 24 hours before scheduled departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 12 hours before scheduled departure: no refund.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed after the cancellation is reviewed and approved. Any non-refundable third-party transaction charges, if applicable and disclosed, may be deducted. No refund is available for a missed bus caused by late arrival. If a tour is cancelled by us, we will contact the affected customer to discuss the applicable refund or alternative arrangement. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the customer's original payment source within 5 to 7 working days, where an electronic payment was actually collected. This website currently does not collect online payments through a payment gateway. Payment is arranged in cash only after our team confirms the booking. Any refund, if applicable, will be discussed directly with the customer and processed only against an amount actually received; the 5–7 working day timeline applies only where an eligible electronic payment was actually collected.
Payments and booking status
This website currently accepts booking inquiries and does not collect online payments through a payment gateway. Do not treat a submitted inquiry as a confirmed booking until our team confirms availability and the booking details. Any payment instructions, if applicable, will be shared directly during confirmation.
