Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These terms apply when you use mumbaidarshanbusonline.com to learn about Mumbai sightseeing tours or submit a booking inquiry. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
Booking inquiries and confirmation
Submitting a form or sending a message is a request, not a guarantee of availability or a confirmed ticket. A booking is confirmed only after our team has checked the details and communicated confirmation. Please verify the travel date, pickup route, pickup point, package, passenger count and applicable charges before proceeding.
Prices and inclusions
Prices and package details displayed on the website are for the described tour options and may be updated. Attraction entry tickets or other charges are separate unless a package explicitly states they are included. Food choices, pickup details and other inclusions should be reconfirmed with us before travel.
Passenger responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and travel information.
- Reach the selected pickup point at the reporting time communicated during confirmation; the website advises arriving 15 minutes early.
- Follow instructions from the tour coordinator and applicable venue rules.
- Inform us promptly if your contact details or travel plans change.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation requests and any applicable refund are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please review it before confirming.
Payments
This website currently accepts booking inquiries only and does not offer live online payment checkout. Payment is arranged in cash only after our team confirms availability and explains the details to the customer. Do not assume a booking is confirmed simply because an inquiry has been submitted.
Website information and availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep tour information current, but routes, schedules, pickup arrangements and availability may change due to operational requirements, traffic, weather, public restrictions or circumstances outside our control. We will communicate material changes when reasonably possible.
Website use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or unlawful information. Website text, design and materials may not be copied for commercial use without permission, except where permitted by law.
